Account creation may be added in the future. You are responsible for keeping login details secure.

If you provide your email, you agree that we may contact you with updates, support messages, or app-related information. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and design elements belong to DartFinisher. You may not reproduce or reuse them without permission.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Dart checkout routes are provided without guarantee. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee it at all times.

Limitation of Liability

DartFinisher is not responsible for damages caused by the use of the app, errors, downtime, or data loss.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Refund Policy

If premium features are introduced in the future, refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of purchase.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DartFinisher from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have rights under local consumer protection laws.
